Replicate your real world movements 'in game' by moving around your 3D world with the same movements as your real world. Shake hands, wave, move forward/left/right/back and gaze around.

Still prefer the comfort of a traditional game controller? Simply use an adapter and control your game with your traditional handheld controller and get the benefit of both. You can duck, dodge, crouch, move, and lean to avoid those projectiles coming at you, whilst still controlling the game in the familiar way that you always have.

Whether you're paralysed from the neck down, or don't have the dexterity in your hands to use a traditional game controller, you can map game controls to a bank of body movements/poses, head turns/tilts, hand gestures that do suit your capability.

You can set a 'profile' for each of your games that means they can all be controlled with different body movements, poses, gestures, head tilts..etc that best suit each game. A FPS game suits real movement (walking on the spot, dodging, moving), a simple PacMan game could just feature hand signals on where you want PacMan to go.
